Driver damaged my vehicle while removing it from the car carrier and acknowledged! the fact that he had damaged the car. I witnessed the incident and filed a claim with Roadrunner within 10 days that included 3 estimates and several pictures of the damage (as per their policy). We sent emails back and forth for about 2 months. I was told claim was being handled by the "escalated claims" department. That was 2 months ago. it has been 4 months now and they no longer respond to emails or phone messages. I would not recommend.

Ken, we sincerely apologize for the issues that occurred with your shipment. It is our understanding that your claim had been addressed promptly at the time of its submission to us, however it requires additional documentation that has yet to be received in order to complete your claim.
