Got more calls to sell add'l insurance than any assistance - esp when problem arose!

So the carrier arrived to pick it up but was refused (at first). He calls RoadRunner. They call me. I'm in NC. The car is in NY - at a dealership. THey asked me to deal with it. I said I supplied the dealership's number when I booked it. "Oh, well, I don't have access to that" "Then how do you have access to MY number." "Can YOU call them. The carrier says he's about to leave." "I don't understand; I'm paying YOU to do this because I'm literally in the middle of a very big deal." "No, we need you to call." Then, upon delivery, the nice carrier just kept pushing me to sign the release "it just says we delivered it." "Then why are there images of a car and marks on it ? This is for me to note any damage!" "Well, yeah, but only big things like big dents and mirrors missing and all" "They SOLD me on how I needed add'l coverage for chips, nicks, scratches, theft & fire (their quote)" "Well, I don't know about that. I just need you to sign." Mind you, it was 5:30 AM - pitch black, because he arrived at 2:45 AM (he texted me is how I know). He agreed to wait until 5:30. I've tried calling RRAT several times - to never get through. Emails get no replies. It's clear they value sales far more than services. Never again. NEVER again.
