If there were negative stars I would give them to this joke of a service. I paid $900 to be ignored and rudely hung up on. I needed to ship my car to my University for move-in day and they said that I could pack my car with all of my goods so that I could fly. The technician put in the wrong date even though I specifically emailed him twice to ensure that I have all of my necessary things for move-in. So here I am at my school with nothing and still awaiting the pickup of my car on the day that I am supposed to move in. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Absolute nightmare.
