I chose roadrunner for shipping my car as thier quote was competitive. I confirmed that this was total charge and final. After two weeks, now when the time came to ship the car, they called me and informed that dates for pick up and delivery would change, which I understand but also increased the price to ship the car. This totally screw me up and my schedule. Now I will pay more and have to rent a car for more days. I would never use this company again which do not honor their quote.
