Awful experience

I contacted this company to have my two vehicles shipped from Oregon to Arizona. The sales team was super responsive and I decided to book the job. As the date got closer I wanted to talk to the salesperson who helped me. I called his extension and left multiple messages. No callback, so I decided to call the company directly. It is impossible to get thru to anyone. It says there is an unusually high call volume and after about 15 minutes it literally hangs up on you. Finally the day before the scheduled pick-up date, I started emailing them and I got someone to call me on the phone. They assured me that everything was confirmed for pick up the next day and that the driver would call me 2-3 hours before arriving. Guess what happened the next day, nothing. Can't get ahold of the company, they are closed tomorrow. I am flying with my family to move to Arizona and I have two cars sitting in the hotel parking lot. They have already taken my money. Disgusting.

Jon, we sincerely apologize for the issues that occurred with your shipment. We typically provide our carriers a 48-hour window before cancellation and assigning a new carrier. All our carriers are selected for transport based on an internal rating system- we appreciate your taking the time out to share your experience with us. Your feedback provides us the opportunity to address these concerns with the carrier who was assigned to your transport.
