READ THEIR YELP REVIEWS FIRST - 1.5 stars out of ~700 reviews!! I used Roadrunner to ship a vehicle from CO to FL. The third-party carrier was El Traveiso Auto Transport. The vehicle made it, however it was badly damaged. Repair estimates ranged from $8,400 - $9,100. El Traveiso avoided my requests to repair the vehicle and subsequently cancelled their insurance and closed the business only to open a new auto transport company under and different name in another state. Roadrunner did nothing to repair the vehicle of advocate for repairs through El Traveiso. The CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKED (if they will even answer your email/calls). PEOPLE, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! The reviews on their website are selectively chosen or just fake reviews. The real and honest reviews are on Yelp.

Trevor, our reviews online depict a small fraction of the thousands of happy customers we successfully assist daily. We sincerely apologize for the issues that occurred with your shipment. We have an extremely low damage rate and deeply regret the experience you have had with the carrier that assisted you. We have since discontinued using this carriers’ services.
