Delivery went well all else not good

I received a quote quickly and was initially given a carrier pretty fast also. When that carrier canceled, it took a few more days to get another carrier. The second carrier canceled, at that point I had not heard from the company for two days, so I called them. I was on hold for twenty minutes then the line disconnected, I did this a few times. I went online where I was able to contact someone who told me my transport was pending. Another day or two went by, they got another carrier (#3) but he want almost $200 more, so I paid it. And once again, I received a message, after my truck was already supposed to be picked up, driver canceled. I was informed that my extra money that the third carrier required would be sent back to me but instead they applied it as the now “going rate” for the transport. I eventually got a fourth carrier assigned who required more money for a payment processing fee, which I paid and finally received my car 6 days after the original delivery date and $205 more then the original quote. Any time I received a text message to call and confirm (give more $) they did not answer my call. But when I called with my husband’s phone, they picked up first ring.

The first carriers that were assigned for your move could no longer accommodate your vehicle for unforeseen circumstances. Our team worked quickly to get another carrier assigned however, every carrier does have their own pricing as they are owner-operators, and the cost was higher than expected.
