I was terribly disappointed in the service provided for their fee. They were not the cheapest but the man I spoke to assured me my car would be picked up on the day I needed and delivered soon thereafter. The listing was placed on Central Dispatch and a carrier was finally assigned the last day the car was available for pick up. I was getting panicked because the shipper was leaving for vacation the next day. The carrier showed up to get the car 6 hours after the promised time. The day the car was promised to be delivered came and went. I emailed Roadrunner and was told the carrier "must have been delayed and should contact me for delivery that day". No reason given and no apology for missing the delivery date. Give the broker fee to someone else who will actually do what they promise.
