Very Rude and Not Customer Service Oriented

I booked with this company on a Saturday, thinking it would be at least assigned by the scheduled pickup date and it was not so I decided to call and cancel and fly out myself due to needing the vehicle by Wednesday. I called the entire day all the numbers associated and no one answered. I called the cancellation line listed in the contract no answer. Called customer service no answer. I finally got a call back from Zach and I explained and he cut me off just to send me back to a customer service line that hung up on me due to call volume. DO NOT USE TBIS COMPANY.

Quiana, thank you for providing us with the opportunity to address this issue. Typically, we require about two weeks of notice to secure a carrier for your vehicles route. Since you booked on Saturday you did not provide us with a single business day to secure a carrier for your desired Monday pickup before cancelling with us. We regret that you chose to cancel, and we are no longer able to assist you with your vehicle’s relocation.
