This company gave us a quote- we approved it and told them when we needed our car picked up by. They were to reach out at least 2 days prior to that Friday to verify date and time, they did confirm. However, they never showed for the pick up date. They never called or emailed us anything until we had finally gotten through to them on that Monday by us having to call them. Now they say their drivers are like "individual contractors" and they approve pickups directly and they also wanted an additional $300. When I heard this from my daughter, I tried calling to confirm all of this info. I literally called 11 times- in a row- and was hung up on each time. On average, the auto msg would last about 5 minutes, then the line would be cut off. So I tried going online like the msg kept repeating... "THERE ARE 50+ CLIENTS IN QUE BEFORE YOUR TURN". WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW. Done. There are other companies out there that want/need our business.
