Do Not Recommend

After entering my info online and getting an emailed quote to ship my Toyota Prius, I received a follow-up call from Jonathan to answer any questions I had. He then sent me an email thanking me for the conversation and including a copy of the quote WHICH WAS $300 MORE THAN THE ORIGINAL QUOTE FROM THE PREVIOUS DAY! Nothing had changed - pickup location, drop off location, car... all the same. He had mentioned nothing in our phone call. When I spoke to him to inquire about the $300 difference, he told me that was the price we had discussed (we had not - I had the email to show the original quote). He then told me to go ahead and go with another carrier and he hung up on me. I experienced two huge problems with this company: 1) Their quotes can change (in my case, by $300) 2) Their customer service is lacking I do not recommend this company.
