I was nervous/skeptical about shipping my car across the country - especially since I would not be present when the car would arrive at the final destination. The driver, Mike, was very professional and communicative, arriving on time and kept me posted about my car the whole time. He even sent me photos of where my car was parked waiting for me. My only issue was with the pick up date and delivery dates - they cannot guarantee that the dates you want are available, so my recommendation is to try and keep your pickup/delivery dates flexible.
