Terrible Customer Service/Sketchy service

I would not advise using this transport company. The customer service is terrible. I had a reservation confirmation and the day my car was suppose to be picked up they said it was going to be an additional $60. I went ahead and paid it because i needed my car, but it still has not arrived. I was promised it would arrive yesterday, i called last night and today and have been hung up on twice. A rep named Brianna was rude and told me she did not have time to talk to me! They will not give me the drivers name or contact info. I asked to speak to a manager and stayed on hold for 10 minutes until I got hung up on. Don't know what to do but notify the police if my car does not arrive today.
