This was my first time transporting a car 1800 miles (midwest to east coast) and I was worried it would be a complicated and inconvenient process. In fact it was the exact opposite. All the information I needed was online (except insurance information). After submitting a request for a quote I received a personal call and the representative explained the insurance details. They were a bit complex and easier to explain by phone rather than posting them to confuse people online. Afterwards the driver called me and was super nice. He even helped coordinate a drop-off near the airport when my flight landed so that I wouldn't have to rent a car once I arrived. That was extremely convenient and helpful. Would recommend and use them again.
