Horrible Experience

Non-Existent customer service! Sales rep contacted me immediately after requesting a quote. Once I booked the service I was unable to contact him again & received an invalid dispatch number to confirm my pickup & speak with a representative.. I left the sales rep a voicemail & sent email regarding the invalid number & never heard from him. Since road runner is a broker & does not operate its own fleet I had to search online for the correct dispatch number. Tracking system is not updated. It had the wrong pickup date and still shows my car has not been delivered even though it has. The only good thing was the 3rd party transport they hired, JPF trucking Inc. actually answered my pickup & delivery questions, concerns & kept me informed during the shipping process. If you want to contact JPF Trucking directly contact them via www.uship.com & avoid roadrunner.

Unfortunately, we are reliant on the drivers to update the tracking status of each shipment as they progress along their route.
