Seemed great when first calling. Gave me a reasonable quote, going from Mass to Denver Co, right inline with other quotes I had gotten but sales rep previously lived in my area so I went with them. Took my credit card info and emailed me the contract with the correct price. This was a Wednesday. They said they'd call me Thurs. Called when they said they would. So far so good. Thurs night get another call saying they will be here Friday around noon. Perfect. But they said the driver wants cash only. I told them they have my credit card info and I'm not comfortable giving them $1100- and my truck. That's what the driver requires I was told. I said no and to get someone else. Friday morning I get the call that they found someone and he will take my card. Except now the price is $200- more. No thank you. I said find another one and the guy hung up on me and sent me a cancellation email. Went online to their website and used the online chat. Woman disappeared for a bit and said computer froze. I explained my issue and she basically said I had no options except to pay the higher price. I told her I had a contract and she said its an estimate and they can change. Bait and switch. Don't be fooled by this company. They will bait and switch you. Offer a price and then hold you over a barrel.

Scott, thank you for giving us the opportunity to address these issues. Every carrier does have their own pricing as they are owner-operators and unfortunately after declining the first available carrier at your quoted price, the cost for a driver willing to accommodate a payment entirely on a credit card was higher than expected. Our team will always inform you of any available options that we receive and have the option to accept or decline. All feedback is important to us and we appreciate the time you took to share your experience with us.
