Unreliable & Horrible Customer Service

The worst auto transport experience I have ever encountered. Setting a schedule with them is useless. They picked up the car a day later than scheduled & it is now 4 days late. Contacted customer service 9 times. Only possible choice was to leave a message & get a call back. Never received a single call back. When I finally got a rep on the phone she was belligerent and when I asked to talk to management, I was told "there is no management available". They claim online tracking which is a joke and as of Friday, they had no idea where my car was. They seem to not give a crap once they have your money. My recommendation is that you do not use this company!!
