No returning of phone calls.. picked up car 9 days after the earliest of dates.. poor communication with driver from Luxury Transport who was the actual carrier.. charged almost double for same service last fall. Nothing but hassle.. our second experience.. first taking 8 days to arrive in Fl. This one taking 3days.. with much stress and extra $100cash to driver.
Never again. .
