Overall the transport was a success. However, I had to keep calling RoadRunner to get updates. It took 3 days for my order to be confirmed and there was no proactive communication. My vehicle was supposed to arrive on Saturday or Sunday per RoadRunner dispatch but then my car arrived on Friday. I was surprised with a call from the actual transport company that my car would arrive in 2-3 hours.
I would use RoadRunner again but with the expectation that I would not expect regular updates and could be surprised with an early delivery.
