Lack of communication/responsiveness

Sales rep was in CONSTANT contact with me to set up the delivery, but after that, completely disappeared when I needed to adjust then cancel it. I have sent 7 e-mails since 3 Jul 2018, 5 voicemails to both the rep (I'll leave his name off for now, but if no response in next day I will provide it in this forum and anywhere else I can leave a review) and the general company e-mail address. I should've known they are flakes given there are multiple numbers for the company (877-265-8556, 888-777-2123, 877-959-2918) and no one ANSWERS the phone or returns my calls from any of them. I have called at 7am mountain time, middle of the day, and end of day. Can't imagine what it'd be like if I had an issue with the actual pick up or delivery...oh wait, plenty of recent reviews show how that goes. Avoid this company. Reputable ones communicate with their customers. Hoping this company is not fraudulent and avoids the mistake of charging my credit card without authorization (I didn't sign off on their terms and conditions). Wish I had found this site before working with them.
