I received a quote a week before we wanted the vehicle shipped. I was told it would ship a day before or after the requested pick up date and that I would find out a couple days before what the pickup date would be. I called 2 days before the 31st to see if there was any news. They do not pick up the phone. You have to leave a message and hope someone calls back 3 hours at the earliest to a day after the message. It ended up 6 days after my requested date that the truck shipped. In the meantime, I had every excuse as to why the shipping was delayed from there was a holiday that set things behind to you don’t have an easy route (which was contrary to what they had told me previously). The transport company that I had to deal with after Roadrunner (R&C Transport) was subpar. Thankfully the truck made it ok but there was a language barrier (they spoke Spanish and I do not) and they never called or showed up when said. Plus, the truck and trailer would not have passed a DOT inspection as there where burnt out lights and leaking hydraulic fluid all over the street. I will not use either company again. Roadrunner was the cheapest and there is a reason for that.
