Called Roadrunner to ship my car. 2 days before pickup I called to cancel. Called 3 times. Rep said I needed to talk to a manager but they were unable to transfer or provide contact info to the dept. handling cancellations. I was charged after my second call. When I was finally able to contact a manager he was very rude, cutting me off while talking and told me that the fee they charged my card was non refundable. So I was charged and no service was provided. Do not use this company. They are a rip off and only want to steal your money but not provide any service. Use someone else and save yourself the headache.
