Signed up Nov 3 , 2014 for transport of my Truck changed my mind and emailed Cynthia to changed start date to the following day that was Tuesday Nov 4.. Now its Wed Nov12, 2014 and still no pickup or phone call ..that's after 8 days. After waited this long i went ahead and cancelled my Order after finding out from another company i was number #80 out of 173 for waiting to be picked up..
Hey can be a little more honest on delivery and pickup or maybe even say Give the Carrier more money so u can get it picked up sooner. But no such sort of communication.
IF we could give them NO stars i would they lacking communication, Honesty. Other better company's out there.
