Hi All, Just want to share you the bad experience I faced with this company. I transport my vehicle from Arkansas to Massachusetts, everything is good until I saw my right side mirror is broken. When I went for estimation Honda said it will cost 730 since I have to replace the whole. When I collected every details and provided to reindeer they reply back with the document saying as per the agreement if any damage while transporting like pebble hits or rock or stone the wont reimburse. but mine clearly visible it is hit by a iron rod while loading my vehicle to the trailer. As per their policy even if your window shattered they easily say that as per the agreement it was hit by some rock, so we cant blame the driver since it is not his fault. Great service then why the hell we have to pay this much money and handle the valuable car in this trust less people hand. I was driving my vehicle for three years no pebble hit the mirror, It is a good story imagined by this reindeer guys. Unless you didn't face any damage you are good, else you cant claim anything from them as per the policy. Please be aware of this company and their worst polices before considering them. Thanks, Ragu

Hello, Ragu. I am sorry you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your claim. Please be advised, the damage impact mark is consistent with a rock contacting the mirror during the open transit. The cars are often placed on the trailer backwards, which would allow for the proper angle for this damage to occur. I am sorry you do not agree with our determination but the lack of any impact or tampering in the pictures leaves us unable to indicate the damage happened any other way than from a rock chip.
