Damaged my car

All I have to say about Reindeer is read the reviews! There are so many horror stories. I didn't have a choice since I was in a corporate contract. Reindeer arranges shipping of your vehicle with the most cut rate company they can find. My car was damaged during shipment. Reindeer told me to get an estimate. I got an estimate. They said it was too high and I needed to get a second. I then got a second estimate that was even higher. Reindeer then proceeded to call the body shop and ask them to remove parts of the estimate. They removed things like paint blending and clear coat on my estimate. They then would only settle for a portion of the value on the estimate. Again, read through the reviews. Yes sometimes the shipment goes well and they get a 5 star review. Do yourself a favor and try to find a review where customer service took care of the situation. This is a very shady business. Do not do business with them!

Hello Warren. I certainly apologize that you are disappointed in the outcome of your claim. It appears your claim was reviewed by management at Reindeer Auto as well as with your relocation company. The offer made was to cover any new and transit related damages. You signed and accepted the settlement offer on 1/11/18 and you claim is now closed. I do apologize that we could not honor your claim in full, but we cannot hold the driver liable for any damage marked pre-existing or deemed to be normal wear and tear.
