If there was such thing as negative stars this company would get negative 100! The owner of this business "Experienced Auto Transportation" of Encina California is unethical and abusive. He gave me a quote to pick up my car and deliver it to Denver Co for $750. with a pickup date. As it turns out the pick up was a day late and I found out the cost of the transportation went from $750 to $1150 WITHOUT my consent or notification. The car was halfway to Denver when I discovered I needed to have $1150 cash for the driver if I wanted to get my car back. This is extortion and evidently after reading more about this company he has done this repeatedly. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT HONEST. When I voiced my concerns and panic because I was forced to come up with the additional cash the owner Ronnie was rude and abusive and told me I could stick it up my ASS! He even threatened violence against my husband when he tried to get involved!
