I purchased a BMW M3 CS for $105,000 from bmw located in New Jersey and hired Red Carpet Transport to pick up the vehicle and deliver it to me in Pflugerville, Texas. They charged me $875. Before loading up the vehicle in New Jersey they are required to fully inspect it at the bmw dealership and n any damages or anything wrong with the vehicle and have someone over there sign off on it. After that they load it and bring it to me here they give me a estimated time of arrival. So the day they delivered the vehicle to me i was home and met the driver outside he parked at the front of the street and started the unload process and i was right there the whole time and watched everything it was a rainy day so he unloaded the vehicle its a vehicle that sits pretty low to the ground he damaged the front bottom carbon fiber lip passenger side when he unloaded it off his car carrier and proceeded to drive my new vehicle to my drive way i had him pull into the garage because of the rain and before signing any paperwork i checked the vehicle for damages with one other person so i wouldnt miss anything and it would be a fast process. Upon doing so we found damages to back left bumper which were minor scratches. We also found minor scratches on the front bumper on the passenger side. Another issue was he got the inside of my vehicle dirty from mud and water from it raining after i told him let me grab weather mats but he didnt listen he barely spoke or understood English. The drivers seat back panel has a significant scratch which i also told him about. And the last damage was the carbon fiber lip that i mentioned that happened while unloading. I reported all these to him and he kept arguing with me and called his boss and his boss tried paying me off on the spot around $50 i told him no and then he told me the driver is going to load it back up and get it fixed him self and bring it back i told him no unless its going to a bmw dealership and i follow him there, he said no. Bmw gave me a invoice of$2,838 to repair. But there insurance wouldnt cover the damage to the seat so now the new total is going to be $2,116. There insurance is not going to cover it because it has to be $2,500 minimum. I contacted the company multiple times since the delivery Feb, 22, 2019 and they keep giving me the run around. I need this issue resolved quickly and i need them to send me a check for the amount of $2,116 to repair it. They have been stalling me for almost 3 months now. Chat Conversation End .
