If I could give them zero stars I would. Worst company, do not trust them to ship your vehicle. We had a locked in rate, driver and date, docusigned contract. The day before pickup we haven’t heard from our driver so we give the company a call. He is no longer with them. They “called us” supposedly but left no voicemail and we had no missed calls. So now they are scrambling to meet the deadline AND want to do it for $200 more. We are on a very tight deadline. I’m moving out of the state. We planned this well in advance. They didn’t communicate, they don’t hold to their own contractual obligations, and then charge you more. I understand it’s a bidding system for drivers, and I get that stuff happens, but this isn’t our first time shipping vehicles. It is however, by far the most ridiculous, unprofessional and scam-like experience we have had. Don’t ship with this company.
