Fraudulent Charges

I called this company because the original company I was dealing with wasn’t sure if we could find a driver. I cancelled my order prior to a truck being dispatched and they charged my card anyway. When I called Phil, he was rude and continued to lie about already being assigned which was untrue because after I cancelled he continued to text me asking me if I was sure I didn’t need the service and even gave my telephone number out after I cancelled services.

Amesha, you signed contract with my company to move a vehicle, provided your credit card for a deposit and we dispatched a driver to you and then you decided to cancel. We are a serious company that has vehicles moved, that is the only job we do. The driver was very upset that you decided to cancel after the order was assigned to him.
