Terrible Company - DO NOT USE

I hired this company to ship a Jeep from MA to TX. They took $150 deposit and want $800 cash when it is delivered. The picked it up (supposedly) on Monday, and it was supposed to be here on Thursday. I haven't heard anything since I arranged the shiptment...no confirmation that it was picked up, no status updates...emails not returned. I called today (Friday) and they're saying it will be here Tuesday of next week now.

You should be writing a negative review to the actual carrier and not us as we don't drive trucks or transport cars as we are a broker. You never mentioned that we gave you a partial refund and also the carrier was only 1 day late. Furthermore, we advised you the dates are approximate and we do not control the driver or carries schedule.
