I chose Scott out of 11 companies that responded to my request for a quote based of the rave reviews left by previous customers. I'm in the military and currently overseas and was looking for someone who would make this a stress free action- my wife was already stressing about doing the move alone.

1. It took several attempts to reach Scott by phone. Then I sent him an email with specific questions. He didn't answer my questions but sent a response saying call anytime.

2. When I finally reached him, he was courteous and provided me with the information I needed.

3. I asked about the deposit and he said between $120-$125. Then in an email, it said $250. Later my wife said he told her it was $15 after staying he wasn't making a lot of this job.

4. He asked for a pick up date and I told him the following Monday, it was either Thursday or Friday prior. He then muttered something that sounded like he might not work over the weekend due to guest coming, but then said it shouldn't be a problem finding a carrier.

5. I didn't hear from him when he said he would contact me so I had to teach out to him. This was also the case with my wife. He would say he would contact her at a specific time but she ended up contacting him.

6. The carrier was supposed to arrive between 900-1200 on Wednesday. The carrier said between 1030-1130. He actually arrived around 130-200.

7. The carrier was supposed to deliver by 1200 (I can't recall exactly) but he didn't arrive until until late that evening.

We're sincerely sorry the response time wasn't satisfactory and assure Scott did his best to get back to you asap and happy to hear as you stated he was courteous and provided all the information that's was requested. The deposit amount can fluctuate based off of what the carrier needs to reserve the spot on the trailer and most importantly in the end the price was the same as quoted and nothing changed in our agreement with you and we absolutely did right by you. The contract had a first available pick up day of Monday 6/5 with pick up no later than Wednesday 6/7, the vehicles were picked up on 6/7 and delivered within 2 days when normally this is at least a 3-4 day transit time. The driver arrived approximately two hours outside of the estimated window respectfully I'm confident the driver made the best time possible and we apologize for this delay however from South Carolina to Texas only took 2 days which is an expedited time frame and very reasonable. Is it fair to leave us a 1 star complaint about the vehicles being delivered within 2 days with this information considered? Again Alicia we're sincerely sorry we didn't meet expectations with satisfactory service but did our best to do our jobs to the best of our abilities.
