I actually went through a broker even though people told me not to but I needed to save the money. The broker was shitty but Prime Relocation was the company that picked me up and at first i thought it was going to be a problem because the driver spoke little English but not at all. The helpers were fast and the driver, Dea I think, ran point. They did what they had to do at my condo and not there wasn't any issues at all. It did take some time for my items to reach California, about 3 weeks but that was fine because the customer service explained that it might take that long being that I only had a small shipment. There was a different driver on delivery who was as friendly as the first one but they did their job. They reassembled but furniture and during the whole ordeal only a couple of screws from my headboard was missing. Overall I think Prime Relocation was a good company and I would use them again and also recommend.
