Called Pricedrite-they explained procedure. Said they'd let me know when someone called and accepted p/u. Called a few hours later, said Lucy's transport would p/u 2-3 pm. Got call from Lucy's later and told it'd be 7-8 pm. Finally p/u at 11 pm. Told driver got gas in Orlando, tried to pay with fleet card and store wouldn't take card. Police called. Took hours to resolve. Drop off supposed to be next afternoon to my son in Alabama. Lucy's called my son and said they were 3 hours away and had brake light issue. Apparently they were stopped by DOT and had to be hauled to shop. Took about 24 hours to fix and son didn't get his car till the 3rd night. What an incompetent company. Don't know how they stay in business. They'll certainly never get my business again. Most of this snafu was Lucy's fault, but , to me, it reflects badly on the part of Pricedrite for choosing them in the 1st place. Also, when I was having issues with Lucy's, I called Pricedrite several different times and left voice mail and got no response. Got the distinct impression that as long as they got their money, they didn't really care about my problems.I won't use them again, either.

We called the carrier and they had a break down. We can't do anything at that point but make sure they followed through and they did. As far as the pick up if any clients hold the driver up during pick ups then all other clients will be backed up as expected. the carrier did keep in touch with this client as well. It's just a misfortune but happens from time to time.
