Filthy Car - Poor Customer Orientation

Had to dispute charges, spoke several times to the Plaza contact, explained the over charge for delivery. Ended up contacting and disputing with credit card company in order to receive a resolution. Plaza then proceeded to bend the facts and not accept responsibility as the owner of this problem in addition to putting in a written response to the credit card company misrepresentations of the facts. Problem was resolved by me via credit card company and direct talks with contracted transport company and should have been resolved by Plaza since it was their vendor of choice to deliver the car. Poor customer orientation.
