Gilbert made the process go just as planned. They said they would give me a 24 hour heads up for the pick up window and then Gilbert called said my car was to be picked up in the next 2 hours. This was not going to work for me, Gilbert made arrangements with the driver to pick it up later and all went smoothly. I would use Philam Transport LLC next time I ship a car
