I'm totally satisfied. The driver (Alex) took an Uber to my house on both ends of the trip to collect and drop off the car. He let me know his approximate arrival times about 24 hours in advance and he met his forecast. He thoroughly inspected the car before shipping and found some small scratches that I wasn't even aware of. Alex's demeanor showed high competence and clear thinking and I felt the car was in good hands.
