Both the broker (Patroit) and the carrier (Prime Carriers) provided excellent service and communication on progress. The length of time it took to transport the vehicle was influenced by the driver experiencing a sudden medical issue while underway, hitting a deer that jumped in front of the truck causing much damage to the truck and my vehicle was the last of 7 to be delivered.
