Contacted Patriot on Monday, told them the car was available for pickup in Tennessee on Wednesday. The car was picked up on Wednesday morning at the dealership, the driver called me Wednesday evening to arrange the meeting spot, had the car in Northern Virginia at 8:45 AM Thursday morning, no damage at all. I'm generally a pessimist when it comes to this type of thing, but this couldn't have been easier. One of the better prices quoted as well.
