Sam was very patient with me. I'm giving it 4/5 only because i didnt get my vehicle transported and didn't want to mislead anyone reading up on this company. The only reason my vehicle didnt get transported was because of bad location (vermont, basically border to canada) , bad timing (snowbird season), and I was picky with the carriers ( not pre-screened, and didnt have good records). However, Sam was very honest upfront and very professional throughout. learned a bunch about the whole vehicle transport ordeal from him. while Sam was looking for a carrier for me, Rene from Upscale transport contacted me saying they have driver, they quoted me 1100 over email, but when i called, he said he made a mistake it was 1400 for enclosed (i put enclosed in my original quote request). later in the day when i was ready to lock in, price was changed to 1700. would not deal with upscale ever again. while upscale was trying to get me to lock in, I let Sam know that I might not need his service, but Sam didn't drop me and just say he will keep looking until i say otherwise. Keep in mind i didn't pay deposit at all. the whole 2 weeks Sam basically worked for free for me. I ended up picking my car from dealer on my own. Again, can't speak about the company since didnt transport from them but I would recommend Sam if you go with Patriot.
