This was a first time Passport delivery of a high end vehicle. The scheduling and pre-pickup coordination was easy and professionally handled. During one check-in call after pick up, I called in at the early morning to get my GPS tracking info & was told it best to wait for the "late guy" who had scheduled me to get that info. It seems to me that there could be better ownership and coordination across shifts of any customer information.

The online GPS tracking of my vehicle was a nice & in the end a crucial service that ensured an on-time Guaranteed in the price delivery date. I assumed there would be several pick-up & drop-offs between my car’s pick & my eventual destination in Virginia. I tracked the car’s progress all weekend without much concern. I became worried when on the day before guaranteed delivery, the car was in New Hampshire, at least a 10 hour drive away. Not until I called the dispatcher to ask if my car would arrive in time, did they realize that the driver did not have knowledge of the guaranteed delivery. When I explained the crucial timing and nature of the event (special surprise gift for retirement of 30-year military veteran), Passport and driver made the decision to by-pass all intermediary deliveries to get the car to my beloved veteran 12 hours before the retirement ceremony, in time for the Big Reveal. I was thrilled as was the recipient.

I am thankful for Passport’s decision to make good on their guarantee. The car was safely delivered and immaculate upon arrival. It was quite obvious to me that it was diligently cared for by the company and driver’s specific protocol.
