Horrible Experience, Lies and POOR customer service.

I got a quote of $775 to ship a car from CA to GA. $75 to be paid upon contract via CCard, and $700 CASH to the driver upon delivery of the vehicle.

Passage Auto Transport does NOT operate their own trucks, they are simply brokers. The pickup date was set, no driver. 10 days later and MULTIPLE calls/emails to Michael Alexander at Passage Auto Transport, I finally got an answer and the contact information of the driver.

After sorting out the logistics of the pickup location, etc., the actual transport company's manager tells me that the contract between his company and Passage Auto Transport was $750. I told him that I have a contract and that I will owe a balance of $700 upon delivery of the car. Passage Auto Transport LIED to both myself and the trucking company.

I needed my car so I agreed to the $750 upon delivery.

I will NEVER use Passage Auto Transport again. Their customer service is absolutely horrendous. You can NEVER reach the original person by phone (which is a cell phone, btw.).

BEWARE of using PASSAGE AUTO TRANSPORT, also DBA MASTER PRO TRANSPORT.
