Terrible communication

I normally do not write reviews about people but this transportation service is terrible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!! THE ONLY REASON WHY THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY has a overall 3 star review is because they bribe their customers to make a positive review and offering a chance to win a $1, 000 reward upon completion. I just recently shipped my car from San Diego, California to Columbus, Ohio. When I dropped the car off in California, the guy told me that it would take a week to do so. 2 DAYS LATER, I am at a bar with my friends around 11:30 p.m. and I get a call from one of their drivers demanding that i give him the money cause he is close and has my car. HE ARGUED WITH ME ON THE PHONE FOR 20 MINUTES!!! It got to a point where i just ended the call because he was yelling and could not speak good english. The next day, he calls me to let me know that he is close and i let him know that i would write him a check. As soon as we meet up and when i show him the check, he tells that he can not accept it . and FORCED ME TO DOWNLOAD VENMO AND SEND HIS BOSS THE MONEY. For all you guys that are looking to ship a car, DO NOT USE THIS TRANSPORTATION COMPANY. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND FIND A BETTER COMPANY!!!
