My first experience with using a broker/auto transport and it was a nightmare and very stressful and everyone was telling you something different. I was looking at reviews after reviews some had good and bad but in the process I found Number 1 Auto Transport which had all good reviews and had all their information of their company on their site. I decided after numerous and weeks of searching for the right company, I am going to take this leap of faith and go with Number 1 Auto Transport. I spoke with Stu on a Friday and he was transparent of what happens in the world of auto transporting and dealing with different brokers. His sincerity and humor and how he explained the process was a little more comforting but really still had doubts. However, it was comforting to know that they only deal with 5 star drivers. 24 hours later those doubts dissipated and the driver they found called me in 24 hours and my vehicle was scheduled for pick up the following Monday which was the first business day. The driver Bruno with A & A Auto Shippers Corp was very professional and communicated the time he would pick up the vehicle and he was on time! I watched them roll my vehicle onto their truck and they were very careful in securing the vehicle. Bruno was very friendly and very communicative. Finally the vehicle is on its way from Florida to California and is scheduled there in 7 to 10 days but we were told it possibly could be earlier. I will update the post when the car is delivered but so far I am very happy with the services of both Number 1 Auto Transport and A & A Auto Shippers. Five days later, Florida to California my vehicle arrived before the expected date & time and the price had not changed. I highly recommend Number 1 Auto Transport for all your vehicle transports as they deliver on their service! I am very happy with the outstanding services provided by Number 1 Transport Auto and Bruno with A & A Auto Shippers Corp. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the service. Thank you!!
