I found this co. by searching online. I had never used a transport service before. I ended up getting great service. They were very flexible and helpful. I had a complicated case - I needed to transport a car from WA to AZ but I had no one in WA to help access the vehicle. I offered to overnight the key to the driver and they said OK. The key was not delivered timely by the mailing co., but the driver went ahead and tracked down the key. Once he had the key, he went to pick up the car, which was parked on a city street. When he got there, the driver called me to let me know the car wasn't there. I asked him to wait for a few minutes so I could check if the car had been towed, and he did. I called him back a few minutes later and told him the car had been towed and where the car was, and asked him if we could make new arrangements for him to go pick up the car at the towing place the next day instead - he said yes! The next morning he picked up the car from the towing place and delivered it to AZ. I couldn't believe how flexible and helpful the driver was - what a relief. Throughout this whole process Joe with the transport company was the coordinator/contact. He was very friendly - was open to the challenges of my specific situation, answered all my questions and was honest and upfront about the cost of the service - and best of all did not charge me any extra for any of the changes that resulted from the towing or the key situation. Joe and the driver helped make a very stressful situation easy and painless. I would recommend this co.
