Overall, a great experience! Eric was the first person I spoke with to get a quote, and he took the time to talk to me, navigate me around the website, transportreviews.com, to show me how to look up various companies including his own, and was very persistent with his follow-up calls and emails. He made me feel comfortable in entrusting with his company- he was honest, and encouraged any questions I may have had. I called around to many other companies, but every other company made me feel like I was rushed, not important, or they just didn't care about my gaining my business. I decided to go with Number 1 Auto Transport and originally agreed to drive 2 hours to Phoenix to pick up my car after delivery since it would be cheaper for me than paying to have it delivered to Prescott Valley where I needed it delivered. Then, to my surprise, Sam text me two days before my cart was scheduled to be picked up, and said they were able to deliver directly to where I needed my car at no additional cost, plus they could pick it up one day early! The driver, Yamed, was also easy to get a hold of during route when I contacted him about the estimated delivery date. Everything went very smoothly even though I found out the driver was driving with a fever and was extremely sick for majority of his route. Despite him being sick, he still managed to deliver my car ON CHRISTMAS and super fast!! Very grateful for that! I will definitely be using this company again in 3 months when I need my car shipped back to Florida. Great customer service, easy to get a hold of, and very prompt and true to their word!!
