Excellent Service and Care by Joe Carter!

From the gate Joe, answered all of my questions. I had called to get a quote about 5 months early. I had done some research about transporting my Wrangler. He gave me a price and said he will call back in about 30 days to check in. He kept his word, he also sent me some very informational links regarding transporting a vehicle and links about the company and ratings.
I was so impressed by the contact, friendliness and genuine concern and care. I even referred my family friend Justin, based on just conversations with Joe. i hadn't even secured a contract with them yet. That is how confident i felt of the service here.
When i did secure a contract, the signing and Joe was there every step of the way explaining every step of the process. Once it was dispatched the driver met me within walking distance of my Apt. He took very good care of my old Jeep and took it up to the Sierra Nevada's to the meeting place!
