I spoke with the customer service rep, Sam Green, after contacting many companies to look for reasonable prices to ship a car from San Diego, CA to Jacksonville, FL. He seemed very honest and genuine during the phone conversation and he justified why the cost was higher than other companies. He was very formal and respectful during email responses, unlike other companies that responded to my email requests. I was later contacted by, I think it was a dispatch person, that informed me a driver would be in my area earlier than the scheduled day of pick-up. The driver contacted me on the day of pick-up and coordinated a place and time and he was very polite and courteous. I am thankful that I was able to find a honest and reliable company to ship my car across the United States.
