I had bought a car from eBay and as seller I was responsible for getting the car back to me. I did not want to use any of the suggested carriers who quoted me right there in the bid so I decided to get a few bids of my own. The experience was quote overwhelming, not as black and white as I thought it would me. James was great from the first. He patiently waited while I tried to not hang up on him (new cell phone) or had to take care of other problems as they arose. James took the time to explain the procedures they followed, he also educated me about the whole auto shipping industry. He also made himself readily available to me to answer any questions or concerns I might have. Number 1 Auto Transport's employees are very knowledgeable, professional and very attentive to the customer. They will reassure you that your car will be where it is expected in a timely manner. Even though we ended up using a different company (we went with a company my uncle uses who cheerfully agreed to pass his discount along to us) I was very impressed with James and Number 1. They will give you an honest quote and be upfront with you. If you want to assure your shipment goes smoothly, call these guys, they will make it happen!
