In the middle of an anxiety producing experience with a no-star rated company (BWT Group/movewheels), I sent out an SOS to the internet and James at Number One Auto Transport was the first person to throw me a lifeline. My fears and frustrations were assuaged the moment he started talking. His confidence and knowledge of the industry - and his willingness to listen and provide an understanding ear - let me know Number One Auto is a company I can trust to get the job done right the first time. Once James and his crew were on my team, I was able to relax and let the experts take control. Within a few hours, my new car was loaded on a truck in New Jersey and making its way to Kentucky. It took only 24 hours to get my car - after waiting a week with no communication or driver with the other broker. If you want great customer service and fantastic communication then choose Number One Auto Transport and ask for James by name (although I have no doubt all their employees are top notch). The other company wouldn't even answer the phone when I called to check the status of my order! Sure, the other company had (what appeared to be) a lower price, but the experience was unnecessarily stressful. It is well worth a few hundred more dollars to simply sit back and KNOW the people I hire to move my vehicle care about me, care about their reputation, and care about delivering the vehicle in a timely manner with a professional carrier (even the truck driver, who delivered my car was awesome). So, from beginning to end, my experience with Number One Auto Transport has been stellar - and besides, I feel like I have a friend in the industry now!
