Customer service was excellent!! I was able to contact the person setting up the shipment anytime on my new vehical and was always part of the process. What first attracted me to this company is that it was highly rated by the BBB and other reputable review sites for customer service and satisfaction. When i narrowed my search to 3 companies NUMBER ONE AUTO TRANSPORTERS rep james was the only one that warned me of dues and don'ts of transporting a car and offered to lend assistance regardless if i used there company or not. Overall this company deceives a 6 out of five stars well done thank you.
